Meet Ali Patterson:
Ali Upchurch Patterson is married to Eric, and together they have three children: Eathen (15), Fitz (13) and Easton (11). Ali has been practicing law for 20 years, handling Civil, Domestic Relations, DHR Dependency, Felony, and Misdemeanor cases. Ali has a reputation of providing aggressive and zealous representation for her clients, while respecting the rule of law. Ali has lived in Chilton County for 20 years and enjoys the small-town atmosphere of the 19th Circuit. Ali is a member of several local organizations, working to benefit our community and, in her free time, you can usually find her at a ballpark watching her boys play baseball and football or sitting on her porch reading a book.

Ali holds a strict reading of the Constitution and believes in the rule of law. As your Circuit Judge, Ali will always follow and enforce the law.

Ali believes everyone who enters her courtroom should be treated fairly and with respect, regardless of their circumstances.

Ali believes Judges should be transparent and honest in their decisions. As your Judge she will ensure that honesty and transparency are consistent in her court.

Ali has been a practicing attorney in the 19th Circuit (Autauga, Elmore, and Chilton Counties) for 20 years. She has handled cases in every court and knows what it takes to be a Judge.
